JamalsLamps takes pride in creating high-quality handcrafted lamps and delivering them as safely as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Pre-Order Notice

Because each lamp is handcrafted individually, all orders are currently placed as PRE-ORDERS. We do not mass produce or rush these pieces—every lamp is made one by one with time, care, and close attention to detail to ensure the final product meets our standards.

Production & Processing Time

Please allow 15-20 business days for production, finishing, and quality checks before your order is shipped. This includes preparing the design, completing the lamp, and making sure everything is ready to send out properly.

During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we always work to complete orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 17-20 business days depending on your location and local carrier transit times.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned into the carrier system.
