Each lamp is carefully handcrafted, finished, and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before being shipped. Due to the handmade nature of our products and to maintain fairness for all customers, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.

❗ No Refunds or Returns for Non-Defective Items

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds if:

  • You no longer want the item

  • You ordered the wrong design or variant

  • The item does not meet personal expectations

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Delivery delays outside of our control occur

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and details carefully before placing your order.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly assist if your lamp arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of:

  • The damaged lamp

  • The packaging

  • Any visible defects or issues

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting

  • Small handmade variations that do not affect function

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper handling or misuse

  • Claims submitted after the 7-day reporting window

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

JamalsLamps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and the delivery location is secure.

⏳ Processing Time for Approved Claims

If a replacement or refund is approved, please allow 7–14 business days for processing. Refunds, if issued, will be returned to the original payment method.
